Stellar range of polyethylene films (PE) and laminates include:

1. TD575 25 micron micro embossed PE film in white, pink and blue
(i) TD575 white is a standard all purpose backsheet film suitable for baby diapers, adult diapers, feminine napkins, pads and individual pouch overwrap.
(ii) TD575 pink is used mainly as a backsheet film for feminine napkins and pads and sometimes it is used as individual napkin overwrap.
(iii) TD575 blue is used as a backsheet for disposable hospital bed pads. It is also used to wrap operating room disposable surgical kits.

2. DE575 25 micron dimple embossed PE film in white
DE575 white is used as an alternative to TD575 white when a different "feel" or appearance is required.

3. MX910 15 micron micro embossed PE film in white
MX910 white is used as the non breathable barrier portion of a laminated product. Many diaper manufacturers are now laminating in-line, a thin film to a non-woven, which in turn is used as a diaper backsheet. The non-woven which appears on the outside of the diaper gives the diaper a more "cloth like" appearance.

4. DE548 57 micron dimple embossed PE film in blue/white.
DE548 BW blue/white and DE548 YW yellow/white are relatively new films used in the manufacture of disposable surgical gowns, operating room garments, medical U-drapes and hospital bedsheets.

5. NL575SPP-15WHI, 16 & 18
NL575SPP is available as a 16 gsm or 18 gsm spun-bonded polypropylene non-woven laminated to a 14.5 gsm polyethylene film. These laminates are used as backsheets for diapers and provide a more "cloth-like" appearance.

6. NL575TBPP-15WHI, 20
NL575TBPP is a 20 gsm carded thermo-bonded polypropylene non-woven laminated to a 14.5 gsm polyethylene film. This laminate is used as backsheet for diapers.
